Two nights per week, I am
responsible for the whole contents of the Newspaper. As an
Assistant to the Chief Editor, I am occasionally the deciding
factor in publishing of the articles in the next edition.
Born in Aruba, attended
schools on this island in the Caribbean, also near the
Houston area of Texas.
Started an interest in
journalism, working on the "Mann Mirror" school
paper in Texas.
Published articles in the
first edition of Colegio Arubano's paper
"Colarin" in 1981.
Worked on every Colarin
edition after that, until 1995.
Started Professional
Journalism on November 15, 1986.
Worked on the startup of
newspaper "Matutino Corant" from 1986-1988.
Worked on the startup of
newspaper "Meridiano" from 1988 until 1990.
Reenforced the staff of
DIARIO Aruba since 1991 to present.
Additionally, worked as
professional cameraman for 3 different TV Stations.
Edited numerous TV program using Linear U-matic
Broadcasting equipment.
Edited numerous shows, videoclips, and intros using
Nonlinear Editing Equipment.
